Shipping Policy

All orders are subject to a delivery fee of Rs. 200. After placing an order on our website, Otwoo brand will make a confirmation call to the valuable customer. Orders will be processed upon confirmation of the customer’s order.

We accept payments via bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, and (COD) cash on delivery. For cash on delivery (COD), please pay the rider before opening the package. The rider is instructed not to hand over the package until payment is made.
